Philadelphia Independent Film Festival 2008 Winners
Media Bureau
would like to announce the launch of the Philadelphia Independent Film Festival, which seeks to further enable the culture of independent filmmaking by sponsoring an annual event with screenings and discussion of locally and globally produced movies and movies-in-progress.
The festival will screen a variety of films in familiar and unfamiliar genres.
